What is the Pay later portal and how do I use it?
In the Pay later portal run by our partner company Swissbilling, you can maintain an overview of your open and closed payments for which you used the “Pay later” option, initiate payments manually, activate and deactivate automated payments and use a number of additional functions that are available to you here.
To access the Pay later portal, please proceed as follows:
- Open your TWINT app, tap on the profile icon at the top right or top left, then tap “Pay later” under “Payment settings”
- Now, tap “To the portal”
- You will now see all of your open payments and can initiate a manual payment here
- You can view payments you have already made via “Archive”
Alternatively, you can also view these via the transaction details in the Pay later portal.
If you use a TWINT app other than the TWINT Prepaid app, the procedure may differ slightly. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of your TWINT app directly.
