Current phishing wave: Fraudulent messages are currently circulating, pretending that your TWINT account has been blocked. Please be careful - these are phishing attempts.

How do I activate or deactivate automated payments with the “Pay later” service?

Activate:

  • Open your TWINT app, tap on the profile icon at the top right or top left, then tap “Pay later” under “Payment settings”
  • Now tap “Activate automated payments”
  • You will subsequently be redirected to the Pay later portal run by our partner company Swissbilling
  • Tap the “Activate automated payments” button here
  • You will now be taken back to the TWINT app where you will need to reconfirm that you want to activate “Swissbilling” as a billing party that can initiate automated payments

If you use a TWINT app other than the TWINT Prepaid app, the procedure may differ slightly. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of your TWINT app directly.

A few days before the date on which a payment is due, you will receive a notification alerting you to the fact that money will soon be debited from your account. To receive these notifications, make sure that you have activated push notifications for the TWINT app on your smartphone.
