How it works
Open the TWINT app and tap the partner function «Digital Vouchers».
Select the desired store and the voucher amount.
Confirm the payment.
You can view the code straight away or access it at any time via TWINT. You can also send the voucher code directly to someone else as a gift via e-mail.

What are “digital vouchers” and how do I receive these?
You can purchase vouchers and credit for various shops directly from the TWINT app – regardless of whether you are purchasing these for yourself or as a gift for someone else that can be sent directly to the desired recipient via e-mail.
How it works:
- Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Digital vouchers”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
- You will now be redirected to the online shop.
- Select the desired provider by tapping the logo of the corresponding product.
- Depending on the product, you can either determine the amount of the voucher/credit yourself or select from predefined amounts.
- You then have the option of selecting whether to 'send the credit or voucher to another person'. Should you choose this option, you subsequently have to provide the e-mail address of the recipient in the 'Purchased for' field, as well as your name in 'Purchased by' field so that the recipient knows who sent them the gift. Last but not least, you can pen a personalised message to the recipient.
- If you have a discount code, you can enter this code and the discount will be deducted automatically.
- When making your first purchase in the online shop, you will also be asked to provide your own e-mail address. This will be saved and can be amended at any time in your profile. Click here to find out how to edit your profile in the online shop.
- Once you have ticked the box stating you have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of the respective shop, you can tap 'Purchase credit'.
- You will now be taken back into the TWINT app from the online shop, where you need to confirm the payment by tapping 'OK'.
- Once your payment is successful, a green confirmation screen will be displayed in your TWINT app. Tap the “Display code” button to be redirected back to the online shop where you can view the voucher code directly.
- You will also be automatically sent an e-mail with the voucher code once the payment has been made successfully. If the voucher or digital credit was purchased as a gift, the desired recipient will also be sent this e-mail.
Please note that this additional function may not be available in every TWINT app. Should you not be able to find the function in your respective app, please contact the Customer Service team for your TWINT app.
Where can I find the voucher codes that I have already purchased?
There are 5 different ways of viewing your already purchased voucher codes:
As a link after payment is made successfully (on the confirmation screen)
Once your payment is successful, a green confirmation screen will be displayed in your TWINT app. Tap the “Display code” button to be redirected back to the online shop where you can view the voucher code directly.
Via notifications on the home screen of your TWINT app
Immediately after you have made the purchase, you can also view your voucher code via the relevant notification on the home screen of your TWINT app.
Via the online shop
- Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Digital vouchers”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
- You will now be redirected to the online shop.
- Tap the “My credit and vouchers” button to see an overview of all of the voucher codes you have purchased to date.
- Tap “Display code” next to the code you would like to see to have it displayed.
Via your transaction overview
- In your transaction overview, find the relevant transaction based on the date and the amount. The transaction will be displayed as “TWINT Digital Voucher”. Tip: Within the “Transactions” menu on the home screen of your TWINT app, you will find your most recent transaction.
- Tap the transaction to view the transaction details. Here, tap “Show details” under the order details to be taken directly to the purchased voucher code.
In your e-mail inbox
- Open your e-mail inbox.
- Look for the corresponding confirmation e-mail.
How do I change my e-mail address in the online shop?
In your profile for the online shop, you can amend the e-mail address to which the voucher codes purchased by you are sent. To do so, please proceed as follows:
- Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Digital vouchers”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
- You will now be redirected to the online shop.
- Tap 'My account' in the top-right-hand corner of the screen.
- You can now amend your e-mail address in the upper part of the input window. Please type in your e-mail address again in the lower part of the input window to confirm the accuracy of the address you entered first.
- Tap 'Save e-mail address'.
- Your newly saved e-mail address will be used with immediate effect as the new recipient address to which the purchased voucher codes will be sent.
Who should I contact if I have any questions about my digital vouchers and credit?
We offer you the possibility to purchase digital vouchers and credit within the TWINT app through our partners.
Should you have any questions about a purchased paysafecard, please proceed as described here.
If you have any questions about the status of any of the other purchased voucher cards (all of the other cards except for paysafecard), for example activation errors and/or questions about the credit status or the rejection of cancellation, please send an e-mail to [email protected].
Please also provide the following information in your e-mail:
- Short description of the matter
- Date and time of the transaction (you can find this in your TWINT app, for example in the transaction overview).
- Purchased voucher / credit and the amount purchased
- Full card number (you can find this here)
- Attach a proof of purchase (confirmation e-mail received), if available
