How do I settle an open balance in the Pay later portal?
If you have not activated automated payments for the billing party “Swissbilling”, you can also initiate the payment manually at any time from the Pay later portal run by our partner company Swissbilling.
To do so, please take the following steps:
- Open your TWINT app, tap on the profile icon at the top right or top left, then tap “Pay later” under “Payment settings”
- Now, tap “To the portal”
- You will now see all of your open payments
- Tap the payment that you would like to make manually and select the “Pay with TWINT” option
- You will then be redirected from the portal back to the TWINT app, where you need to confirm the payment by tapping “Confirm”
Alternatively, you can also view these via the transaction details in the Pay later portal.
