Withdraw cash without an ATM
You don’t have any cash to hand? Neither do we, usually. But there are a few things you can’t pay for with TWINT. Using the “Withdraw cash” function in your TWINT app, you can withdraw money quickly and easily at a kiosk.

With TWINT, withdrawing cash is just as easy, quick and secure as paying with TWINT.
With TWINT, you can withdraw cash quickly and easily, at k kiosks or Volg branches, for example. You can find all the locations near you in the “Withdraw cash” function.
You don’t need an ATM to withdraw cash with TWINT, just like you don’t need your debit or credit card. All you need is your smartphone and your TWINT app.
The TWINT app gives you an overview of your transactions and fees, so you can always keep track of everything. Good to know: all transactions are carried out securely in your TWINT app.
How it works
You can withdraw between CHF 20 and CHF 200. The fee (maximum CHF 2) will be shown to you directly.

Open the TWINT app and tap “Withdraw cash” under partner functions. You will be redirected to the web portal of our partner Sonect.

Select an amount between CHF 20 and CHF 200. Pay, then tap on “Show code” or “Active request” in the “Withdraw cash” function.

You can withdraw your money from a location near you within the next 15 minutes. Simply show your barcode at the register and collect your cash.
When you can’t do without cash
There are (still) some shops that do not accept cards or TWINT. TWINT gives you quick and easy access to cash without having to search for an ATM. This way, you’ll have change to hand when you absolutely need it.
