What should I do if I don’t receive my cashback?
If you have not received your cashback as part of a product promotion via TWINT, first check the transaction overview in the TWINT app to see if the credit is listed. You can find out more about searching for transactions in the TWINT Prepaid app here. If you are using a different TWINT app, the procedure may differ. If the credit has not been applied, you can scan the initial code again. Either the credit code will be displayed, or you will need the confirmation email from the promotion to receive your cashback.
- Either tap on the link in the email and
- scan the QR code with your TWINT app, or
- alternatively enter the code from the email into your TWINT app.
Your bank may have set a limit on credits. If you continue to have difficulties redeeming your cashback, please contact TWINT Support at your bank. Depending on the campaign, if you have any questions or difficulties, tap the contact button when filling out the questionnaire, start a chat, or contact the company running the product promotion directly.
