How can I search for a specific transaction?

To search for specific transactions in the TWINT prepaid app, please proceed as follows:

  1. Open the home screen of your TWINT app and tap “Transactions” and then “Display all”.
  2. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner
  3. You can now search through your transactions by entering a search term based on the following criteria:

When sending and receiving money:

  • Telephone number of the contact
  • Name of the contact
  • Message
  • Amount

For payments made to a merchant:

  • Name of the merchant
  • Amount

4. You can also use the “Filter” button to filter your transaction notifications, for example by the transaction type or time period.

Please note that the search function may not be available in every TWINT app. Should you not be able to find this option in your respective app, please contact the Customer Service team for your TWINT app.
