Why does TWINT want authorisation to access my camera or contacts, for example?

We require access to your camera during the scanning of a QR code and when you would like to attach a photo when sending money. TWINT uses the access to your contacts in connection with the ‘Send money’ function. This allows for the names to be displayed in the app. Android 6 and newer versions require information regarding your location, so that payments at the check out (TWINT Beacon) can be made.
