Spin & Win: I am suffering a technical problem. What do I need to do?
The Spin & Win feature is not displaying correctly
Spin & Win is usually displayed correctly in popular web browsers, such as Safari, Chrome and Firefox, and on most smartphone operating systems, including iOS and Android. If not:
- Please update your browser and/or smartphone operating system to the latest version.
- Disable any ad blockers in your browser settings.
- Disable Dark Mode on your smartphone.
- Use your smartphone’s default browser (Safari or Chrome).
- Disable your VPN service when playing Spin & Win.
I tapped ‘Spin’, but the wheel isn’t spinning
If you tap ‘Spin’ but the wheel doesn’t spin, this is a display error and the wheel has spun anyway, even if the animation wasn’t visible. Check the ‘My Winnings’ section in the menu to see if you have won. If you tap ‘All Winnings’ in the top right-hand corner, you will also see the attempts that didn’t win anything.
I have another technical issue with Spin & Win
Tap ‘Contact’ in the Spin & Win menu and fill in the online form.
