How do product promotions with TWINT work?
If you purchase a product as part of a promotion, you will receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price, depending on the campaign. Here’s how it works:
- Scan the QR code on the product with your TWINT app
- Then answer a few questions from the manufacturer
Once you have answered all the questions and tapped the ‘Pay out’ button, you will receive your cashback via TWINT, along with a confirmation email. This email will also explain what to do if you have not received your cashback.
Please note that TWINT only handles the payment. TWINT is not responsible for the campaign or promotion.
