Do I have to pay to use TWINT?
TWINT is generally free of charge for our private customers.
You can download the desired TWINT app free of charge from the app stores.
What’s more, transactions are always free of charge with TWINT, regardless of whether you are making a payment to a merchant or sending money to another TWINT user. Please note that, in exceptional cases, fees can be accrued from certain partners, for example for withdrawing cash or for ticketless parking. All partner fees are declared clearly.
