Where can I find information on the General Terms and Conditions?

Open your TWINT app, tap on the profile icon at the top right or top left, then tap “About TWINT” and “Conditions of use”. There, you will find the General Terms and Conditions as well as information on added-value services (“Third-party software”).

If you use a TWINT app other than the TWINT Prepaid app, the procedure may differ slightly. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of your TWINT app directly.
