Where can I change my personal details and telephone number?

Please open your TWINT Prepaid app, tap the three dots or three lines in the top-right or top-left corner , then on “Profile Settings” and “Registered account data”. Here, you can now change your personal details. If you change your details, TWINT will verify your identify once more.

If you change your telephone number, you will be sent a code via SMS. You will then be asked in the app to enter this code so that we can verify the correctness of your new phone number.
