How do I close my TWINT Prepaid account?

We can only close your TWINT Prepaid account if you have a balance of CHF 0.00. To find out how to transfer your TWINT Prepaid credit to your bank account, please see these instructions.

To close your TWINT Prepaid account with a balance of CHF 0.00, please send us your request by e-mail to close@twint.ch. Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your mobile phone number with which you have registered for TWINT Prepaid
  • Your first name
  • Your surname
  • Your date of birth
  • The e-mail address you have saved in the TWINT Prepaid app
  • The date of the last transaction in your TWINT Prepaid app
  • The amount of the last transaction in your TWINT Prepaid app
  • The first four digits of the transaction no. of your last purchase in your TWINT Prepaid app

We will only respond to requests sent to this e-mail address for the closing of TWINT Prepaid accounts with a balance of CHF 0.00. Should you require support or have any questions about your TWINT Prepaid app, please visit the Support area of our website.
