How it works in TWINT+

In TWINT+, you can now start your parking session without having to go to the parking meter!

Please note: this function is only available to a limited number of TWINT users up until September 2020.

Open the TWINT app and tap on TWINT+ on your home screen.

Select ‘Parking’ and choose your parking zone.

Important: To use the new function, you need to activate location services. Click here to find out how to activate location services on your smartphone.

Set the expected parking time, confirm the payment and start the parking session.

The paid parking time can be terminated prematurely at any moment. You will then be reimbursed the remaining amount directly via the TWINT app.

How it works at the parking meter

Scan the QR code that is attached to the parking meter using the free TWINT app. When using the function for the first time, enter your car registration number.

Now select your desired parking duration in the TWINT app and confirm the payment.

The paid parking time can be terminated prematurely at any moment. You will then be reimbursed the remaining amount directly via the TWINT app.
