I have received an unwarranted parking fine. What can I do?

In the TWINT app, you will find the payment confirmation and your receipt in the “Statement entries” menu. To download these, please tap “Show details” in your statement entry and then “Display receipt” Your receipt will now be displayed to you as a PDF document. Please save this to your smartphone and contact the office listed on the parking ticket. It will check the paid parking session and, where applicable, decide on whether to rescind the fine. TWINT and Digitalparking are unable to cancel fines.
