Do you have any further questions on the Super Deals?

If you have any questions about the items, the offers or delivery, please contact the merchant directly. If you have any questions about orders that have already been placed, please proceed as follows:

  • Open your TWINT app and tap the “TWINT+” tile.
  • Tap “Super Deals” to be forwarded to the TWINT Super Deals web portal via your Internet browser.
  • Tap “My account” in the top-right corner and then the “Orders” button.
  • An overview of all of your orders placed via TWINT Super Deals will now be displayed.
  • Tap the order about which you have a question or a concern.
  • Tap the “Contact seller” button to contact the relevant merchant directly.

You will also find the contact details of the relevant merchant in the payment confirmation for your order, which you received via e-mail.

Should you have any general questions for one of our partner shops, you can find the respective merchant’s contact details on the TWINT Super Deals web portal by tapping “My account” and then “Contact”.

If you have any questions about the payment process in the TWINT app, please contact the Customer Service department of your TWINT issuer.
