Where can I find an overview of the orders I have already placed via TWINT Super Deals?

  • Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Super Deals”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
  • You will then be redirected to the TWINT Super Deals web portal.
  • Tap on the three lines in the top-right corner to open the “My account” menu and then tap “Orders”.
  • An overview of all of your orders placed via TWINT Super Deals will now be displayed.
  • Important: This order overview will only list the daily or weekly deals (product available at a special price) that you have purchased. If you have made use of “discount offers” from our partners, these will not be displayed here.
  • Tap an order to view the entire order details.

Should you have any concerns about a specific order (daily or weekly deals), simply tap the “Contact seller” button below to contact the relevant merchant directly. You will also find the contact details of the relevant merchant in the payment confirmation for your order, which you received via e-mail.

Should you have any questions for one of our partner shops that do not refer to a specific order, you can find the respective merchant’s contact details on the TWINT Super Deals web portal by tapping the three lines in the top-right corner to open the “My account” menu and then by tapping “Contact details”.
