I sent money to the wrong person/mobile number. How do I get my money back?
If you have sent money to the wrong person by mistake, first try to get the money back using the ‘Request money’ function. In addition, write a short SMS to the recipient of the money and inform him or her of the mistake.
If the unlawful recipient does not react or actively refuses the reclaim, you must contact the issuer of your TWINT app.
