I sent money to the wrong person/mobile number. How do I get my money back?
If you accidentally send money to the wrong person, the first step to take is to try to get your money back via the “Request money” function. You should also write a short SMS to the recipient of the money, informing them about your mistake.
If the recipient does not respond or actively refuses to pay you back, you will need to contact the issuer of your TWINT app.
