Current phishing wave: Fraudulent e-mails are currently circulating in the name of TWINT requesting confirmation for a supposedly new device registration abroad. Please be careful – these are phishing attempts.

I do not agree with a charge for a charging session for my electric vehicle. Who can I contact?

If you do not agree with a charge for a charging session, you must first contact the charging station operator to find a solution directly with them, for example in the event of a double charge, an incorrect amount being charged or another charging problem.

If you are unable to come to an agreement, then please contact the Customer Service team for your TWINT app. Please make sure to have all the documents connected to your charging session and your correspondence with the charging station operator (e-mails, letters, notes from telephone calls, receipts, etc.) to hand.
