Information about the default guarantee

This information is intended exclusively for holders of unredeemed credit codes (TWINT vouchers) from sales outlets operated by the Coop cooperative (including subsidiaries) and Swiss Post Ltd.

The credit to which voucher holders are entitled is protected by a default guarantee from Banque Cantonale Vaudoise to the extent required by law. If TWINT AG becomes insolvent, affected voucher holders can claim the amount they have lost from Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.

This will be coordinated by Werder Viganò AG, a law firm commissioned by TWINT AG. In the event of insolvency, the appointed law firm will provide the affected voucher holders with a form at www.werdervigano.ch. They can use this to report their outstanding claim against TWINT AG arising from their eligible, unredeemed TWINT vouchers. A certified copy of a valid form of identification will also be required.

After the submitted report has been verified, the appointed law firm will forward the claim notification to Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, which will arrange payment of the outstanding amounts directly to the voucher holders concerned. The terms of the Banque Cantonale Vaudoise default guarantee will apply.
