With a waiting period of up to four working days regardless of the top-up amount, you can top up your credit (via direct debit) with a number of other banks.

You can find an overview of all the options on how to top up your TWINT Prepaid credit here.

  • Top up via your bank account (direct debit)
  • Top up via a deposit slip

To do this, select ‘Deposit slip’ in the ‘Top up credit’ menu. Complete the form and you will subsequently receive your personal deposit slip via e-mail. Order your bank to execute a payment in e-banking.

You can also set up a standing order or use the deposit slip on multiple occasions. You will receive a notification as soon as the money is received by TWINT. This generally takes up to three working days and then the amount will be credited to your TWINT account.
