Entering the “Spin & Win” competition is free of charge. You can spin the wheel of fortune free of charge once a week.
In specific time periods announced in advance, you can get extra spins by taking part in promotions, using certain TWINT functions or carrying out other similar activities. Such promotions will feature a “+Code” button in the top-right corner of the screen next to the menu. If you tap this button, an explanation of how to get extra spins will be provided. How do I find out if I have won something?
Details about your prize will be displayed immediately after you spin the wheel and win. You can view this information again at any time by opening the “Spin & Win” function menu and tapping “My prizes”.
I have won a prize. What do I need to do?
Digital prizes are displayed and delivered immediately after having been won. Please note that a valid Swiss residential address will need to be provided for the delivery of physical prizes. You can enter this address immediately after winning a prize. Alternatively, you can save the address by opening the “My prizes” menu and tapping the respective prize.
For how long can I redeem my prize?
All of the prizes have a deadline for redeeming which will be displayed to you immediately after winning the prize. You can also find details about each prize and the relevant deadline for redeeming by opening the menu and tapping “My prizes”. Please note that expired redemption deadlines for prizes cannot be extended, nor can you be reimbursed for prizes that have expired. The conditions of participation for the “Spin & Win” function shall apply.
How long will it take for my prize to be delivered?
Digital prizes are displayed and delivered immediately after having been won. The shipping time for physical prizes is usually 10 to 14 working days.
How do I view my previous prizes?
Open the menu in the “Spin & Win” function and tap “My prizes”. Here, you will find all of your previous prizes and the prize details.
I would like to return my prize. What do I need to do?
