Where can I find the receipt for my fuel purchase?

If you paid at the cash register of a staffed petrol station using TWINT, ask for your receipt.

If you paid at the fuel terminal using the payment terminal, you can print your receipt immediately after filling up. To do this, select ‘Receipt’ (or a similar option) on the payment terminal and scan the TWINT QR code again.

If you paid at a self-service petrol station using the TWINT QR code sticker on the fuel pump or at the payment terminal using TWINT, you will find the receipt in your TWINT app.

• Select the payment in the transaction overview.
• Depending on your app, tap ‘Show details’ or ‘Show order details’.
• Tapping on ‘Show receipt’ will display the receipt as a PDF.

If you cannot find the receipt for your fuel purchase using these methods, please contact the petrol station operator.
