How can I amend or delete my TWINT ID profile?

You can, where necessary, amend or delete individual details in your TWINT ID and even delete your entire TWINT ID profile.

Amending or deleting individual details

  1. Open your TWINT ID profile via the menu
  2. Tap the data that you would like to amend and select “Delete” at the very bottom of the screen

Note: if you are using the TWINT prepaid app, you cannot amend or delete the data that has been automatically transferred for use in your TWINT ID profile. Instead, you need to amend this in your TWINT prepaid app. To find out how to do this, click here.

Deleting your entire TWINT ID profile

  1. Open your TWINT ID profile via the menu
  2. Tap “Delete TWINT ID” at the very bottom of the screen
