Automatic payment approval

You can decide for yourself whether you would like to automatically approve payments of up to a certain amount made on terminals via your TWINT app. This means that payments up to the selected amount can be carried out automatically without you having to confirm each individual payment.

To activate this function in the TWINT prepaid app, please proceed as follows:

  • Open the TWINT prepaid app, tap on the profile icon in the top-right or top-left corner and then tap “Automatic approval” under “Payment settings”
  • Here, you can now set an amount up to which automatic payment approval is to take place

If you are using a TWINT app issued by a bank, the process may differ. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of your TWINT app directly.
