Professional career
Søren Mose has strong experience in banking and finance. He was CEO of Saxo Bank Switzerland from 2007 to 2014, and CEO of Jyske Bank in Switzerland from 2002 to 2007. From 1992 to 2022, he headed the private banking unit of Jyske Bank Gibraltar and was the subsidiary’s deputy CEO and a member of its board of directors. Prior to this, he was director of the HNWI department and a trader at Jyske Bank Denmark.

Roland Altwegg has worked in various functions at Raiffeisen Switzerland since 2007. Andreas Kubli

Professional career
Managing Director / Group Head of Digital Assets
Andreas Kubli has been Managing Director at UBS since 2010. In various senior leadership roles, he has been instrumental in driving UBS’s digital transformation.
From 2013 to 2026, he led Channels and Platforms, scaling core client platforms and innovation. He oversaw the launch of TWINT, Switzerland’s leading mobile payments platform, helped build the UBS Digital Factory, and drove the development of AI-enabled digital client facing channels. Prior to this, he led Strategy Development for UBS Switzerland, advancing UBS’s strategic programs.
On March 1, 2026, Andreas Kubli was appointed Group Head of Digital Assets. He is leading UBS’s group-wide digital assets strategy and drives the delivery of key initiatives across the firm to integrate digital assets as a value-creating part of UBS’s business strategy.
Prior to joining UBS, Andreas was Partner at McKinsey & Company. He has served on the Board of Directors of TWINT AG since October 2016

Daniel Previdoli has many years of experience in banking. Daniel Previdoli has been a member of the Executive Board of Zürcher Kantonalbank since 2007. He became Head of Products, Services & Direct Banking in October 2014 after having led the Retail Banking business unit. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with UBS, as Head of Recovery Management Primaries between 1996 and 2002, and subsequently as Head of Retail and Corporate Banking for the Zurich region. From 1987 until 1996, he held various positions with Credit Suisse, both in Switzerland and abroad.

Anne Maillard has many years of experience in the banking sector. She was appointed Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) in April 2025. Prior to this, Anne Maillard held various management positions at the Freiburger Kantonalbank (FKB) since 1998, including Head of the Marketing, Products and Sponsoring team. In 2017, she was appointed a member of the Executive Board and Head of the Branch Network Division. In 2022, she took charge of the Products and Services Division. Anne Maillard started her career at Swiss Bank Corporation in Zurich before joining the Fribourg Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services.

Pierre-Emmanuel Degermann is the Group Head of Corporate Strategy & Development and Public & Regulatory Affairs of Worldline, based in Paris. In his role, he is notably in charge of structuring group business expansion roadmap and has led the external growth of the group. Pierre-Emmanuel is a payment expert and a leader in Corporate and Business Development with a track record of managing international corporate development initiatives, strategic projects and partnerships. He has held several senior positions in M&A and Corporate Finance. Previously, he was Head of M&A at Ingenico, until the merger with Worldline in 2020. He has also worked in Corporate Finance at Tereos, an international agro-industrial group. From 2007 to 2013, he worked at Citi Investment Banking division in London and Paris, where he was involved in many M&A, financing, and capital market operations across Europe. Pierre-Emmanuel is a graduate from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
