TWINT is used in an incredibly wide variety of ways. Some time ago, we set out on the search for three merchants who wanted to be the face of our national campaign. So many merchants came forward. We were absolutely delighted! Unfortunately, we were unable to include all of them in our major campaign. That's why we will now be regularly presenting a few of our brilliant merchants with small businesses here in this section called “Our merchants’ stories”. We stay overnight in restaurants located more than 2500 metres above sea level. This means that we are likely using TWINT at a greater altitude than anybody else in Switzerland, namely on the Schilthorn at almost 3000 metres above sea level.”
