What happens if I cannot withdraw the money in a Sonect partner shop in good time?

If you do not withdraw the money in a Sonect partner shop within 15 minutes, the generated barcode will no longer be valid and the transaction will be cancelled in your TWINT app. No charges will be incurred for such occasions.
