How old do I have to be to use TWINT?

People aged 12 and over are permitted to use the TWINT prepaid app. In order to protect the financial situations of young people, monthly and annual limits for young users have been put in place.

When registering in the TWINT Prepaid app, minors must use their own ID document, not their parents’. Further information on registration can be found here.
