How do I cancel my policy?

You can cancel a policy directly in your TWINT app under “Insurance” in the “My insurances” section. Tap on the policy and scroll down to the “Cancel insurance” button. Please note the minimum duration of your contract.

If you have changed your mind and would like to withdraw your cancellation, please contact our Support team on 044 723 44 04 (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to midday and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.) or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
