How do I find a specific transaction in the TWINT Business Portal app?
In the TWINT Business Portal app, tap “Transactions” at the bottom of the screen to access the transaction overview.
By default, all transactions from all stores are displayed daily. You can also filter the results by individual days and/or selected stores at the top of the transaction overview.
New transactions are also reported in real time via push notifications when the transaction overview is open. Please note, however, that the transaction overview will only update automatically if push notifications are enabled. Otherwise, you will need to update it manually. To do this, simply tap the screen and swipe down with your finger to see the latest transactions.
Should you wish to implement additional search and filter options (e.g. only transactions for a specific store or a specific period), you can use the transaction search feature in the TWINT merchant portal.
