How do I find a specific transaction in the TWINT Business Portal app?

In the TWINT Business Portal app, tap “Transactions” at the bottom of the screen to access the transaction overview.

Currently, the transactions for all stores per day are displayed grouped together for you here.

Even if you have the transaction overview open, you will be informed about new transactions in real time via push notifications. Please, however, ensure that the transaction overview is not automatically updated. Tap the screen and swipe downwards with your finger to update the overview and have the latest transactions displayed.

Should you wish to implement additional search and filter options (e.g. only transactions for a specific store or a specific period), you can use the transaction search feature in the TWINT merchant portal.
