How do I set up notifications for incoming payments?
For transactions that have been made via a QR code sticker or a payment link, you can receive push notifications in real time in the TWINT Business Portal app or via e-mail. The e-mail notification also contains a link for directly refunding the respective payment.

Process for e-mail notifications:
- Log into the merchant portal
- Tap “Stores” in the menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen
- Tap the pencil symbol next to the store for which you would like to change the notification settings
- Under “Sales notification”, you can tap the pencil symbol and decide whether you would like to receive a notification for each transaction via e-mail. Make sure that your e-mail address and mobile phone number have been saved correctly.
- To complete the process, tap “Home” in the menu and confirm that you would like to save the changes.
- The changes are now active.
