Why can I not find all the functions from the TWINT merchant portal in the TWINT Business Portal app?

The TWINT Business Portal app is continuously being expanded. If you cannot access a function from the TWINT merchant portal in the TWINT Business Portal app, please use this function directly in the TWINT merchant portal until further notice. Answers to frequently asked questions on the TWINT merchant portal can be found here.

Please note that there are different user roles for the TWINT Business Portal app. The permissions you have will depend on your role.
