How do I set up an additional user for the TWINT merchant portal?

In order to set up additional users for the merchant portal, log into your existing account.

  • Under ‘Settings’, you will find the ‘Add user’ button in the ‘User management’ area.
  • Click this button and enter the personal details of the additional user.
  • You need to provide a valid e-mail address to which the new user has access. Find out here how secure your data is in the merchant portal.
  • Please provide the mobile phone number of the new user.
  • Choose a secure initial password for the new user and click ‘Create’.
  • We recommend that the new user change their password after logging in for the first time.

Should you not yet have login details for the merchant portal, please register your company in the merchant portal first.
