As a newly registered merchant, when will I receive my first sales payments?

Please note that if you have registered with TWINT as a new merchant, your personal details will be checked, and this can take up to 30 days. During this time, you can already accept TWINT payments; however, your credit will only be paid out once this check has been carried out. We will inform you by email after the review has been successfully completed. You will also be notified by email if your registration was incomplete or incorrect. The review period may be delayed if reworking is required. Please understand that making additional contact with our Customer Service team will not speed up payments.

Tips:

• Regularly check the inbox (including the spam folder) of the email address registered for your merchant account so that you do not miss any of our messages.
• In the TWINT Business Portal app, you can check whether the verification is still in progress or has been completed on the overview page.
