Where in the TWINT Business Portal app will I find an overview of my revenues and fees?

Upon opening the TWINT Business Portal app, you will be taken to the overview right away. You can also tap “Overview” at the bottom of the screen in the app at any time.

Here, you will find the following figures for the current day, with a total figure for each category for all your stores:

• Gross revenue
• Number of successful transactions
• Average payment amount
• Number of refunds

You can also view the overview for days in the past.

Good to know: the daily gross revenue figure is calculated from 12 a.m. on one day to 12 a.m. on the next. This figure may differ from the figure stated on the statement, as this uses the period from 11 p.m. on the previous day to 11 p.m. on the current day.
