How do I download my sales figures in the TWINT Business Portal app?

In the TWINT Business Portal app, you can filter your transactions to view them in the app or download a transaction export for a specific period (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual figures).

Downloading transaction exports

• In the TWINT Business Portal app, tap “Transactions” and then tap the download icon (downward arrow) in the top right-hand corner
• Set the period for which you want to export the figures and tap “Next”
• Select the stores you want to include in the export and tap “Next”
• Choose whether you want to generate the export in PDF or XLSX format
• You can then view, download or share the document

Viewing transactions in the TWINT Business Portal app

• Tap “Transactions” in the TWINT Business Portal app
• Use the store filter to view transactions for all your stores or selected stores only
• Use the date filter to set the period for which you want the transactions to be displayed
