What is the TWINT merchant portal?

The merchant portal is the centrepiece for your transactions with TWINT. In the merchant portal, you can:

• Manage your stores as well as add new stores and order QR code stickers
• View and, where necessary, download your transactions and statements
• Cancel transactions
• Make changes to your accounts for payments
• Set up transaction notifications via e-mail or SMS
• Contact our Customer Service team
• Order advertising material
