What information can I find under “Statements” in the TWINT Business Portal app?
An overview of all statements, which you can filter by settlement date. The statement amounts shown in this overview represent the daily sales figures for all your stores, minus any fees.
If you recorded a negative sales amount in a statement period because you issued more refunds than you took in, this amount will be deducted from your sales in subsequent statement periods. You can find out more [here][HYPERLINK to “Why does the payout amount differ from my daily sales figures?”].
Any fees and negative sales carried over from the previous days will be shown on your statement.
- A statement will only be generated if a transaction occurred in one of your stores on any given day. The statement period runs from 11 p.m. to 11 p.m. For example, if a transaction takes place after 11 p.m. on 1 June or before 11 p.m. on 2 June, it will be shown on the statement for 2 June.
- Tap an entry in the overview to download the statement in PDF, XLSX, CSV, or XML format. Please note that in the case of XLSX statements, there may be several worksheets in the Excel file depending on your set-up and the number of stores you have.
- Switch from the “Statements” tab to “Payouts” to see the amount transferred to each IBAN for the corresponding statement.
