I need additional stickers for an existing QR code. How can I order these?

Download QR code sticker from the merchant portal and print it out

You can download a digital copy of the QR code yourself from the TWINT merchant portal and print it out as often as you wish.

To download the QR code for an existing store, please proceed as follows:

• Open the ‘Stores’ menu item and then click the pencil symbol next to the relevant store.
• You can download existing QR codes in the ‘QR code sticker(s)’ section.

Please note that the digital QR code sticker is not suitable for e-commerce. Further information is available here.

Physical QR code stickers

Would you like to order another sheet of 3 QR code stickers for one of your stores? You can do this via the TWINT Business Portal app, provided that your user profile has administrator rights. Follow these steps to do so: 

• Tap ‘Stores’ at the bottom of the TWINT Business Portal app. 
• All your TWINT stores will be displayed here, grouped by solution (e.g. QR code sticker, online shop or payment link). 
• Tap on your chosen store, then select ‘Order QR code sticker’ from the bottom of the screen.  
• Follow the on-screen instructions. 

We will mail the stickers to you free of charge within 4 working days. 

Please note that, once an order has been placed, it is not possible to reorder physical QR code stickers for the same store for at least 30 days.
