How can I order a paylink/pay button or a QR code for postal delivery?

To order a paylink/pay button or a QR code for postal delivery, please log into the TWINT merchant portal and click the “Order paylink” button on the homepage.

Please now follow the Instructions on how to create additional stores. Please also note the following points:

  1. Determine which text fields (e.g. the name and address of the customer or the purpose of the payment) you would like to include in the payment process. In so doing, you need to define at least one text field as “optional” or “mandatory”.
  2. When using a paylink/pay button or a QR code for postal delivery, only QR codes with a freely selectable amount are available for use.
  3. During the order process, please adhere to the guidelines on using the paylink and the QR code for postal delivery.
  4. As a merchant, you can also personalise the paylink for your customers. Specifically, this means that you can pre-populate the amount and the purpose of the payment for your customers. To do this, follow these instructions.
  5. As a final step, you can now:
    • Copy the paylink
    • Configure the pay button and copy the source code for it so you can integrate this on your website or in your newsletter (please observe the design requirements for the pay button here)
    • Download the QR code for postal delivery
