How can I customise the payment link for my customers?

In the TWINT Business Portal app, you can enter the amount and payment purpose for a payment link. You can pre-fill the same payment link individually for each of your customers. If necessary, the customer can still change the information entered themselves when making the payment.

To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the TWINT Business Portal app and log in. Here you can find out what to do if you do not yet have access to the TWINT Business Portal.
  2. Tap on ‘Stores’ at the bottom of the TWINT Business Portal app and select the payment link you want to customise.
  3. Activate the ‘Pre-fill details’ button.
  4. Now you can pre-fill the amount and/or payment purpose for your customer.
  5. Tap on ‘Copy payment link’ and copy the pre-filled payment link to your smartphone’s clipboard. Alternatively, you can also share it directly with your customers via the app of your choice using ‘Share’.

Please note that this customisation is not saved. This means you can customise a payment link for different customers as often as you like.
