Prices for processing transactions
| Point-of-sale transactions | For each transaction processed via the TWINT payment system as a point-of-sale transaction in accordance with the GTC, the following fixed percentage on the transaction volume shall be charged to the contracting party: | 1.30 % | |
| Distance transactions | For each transaction processed via the TWINT payment system as a distance transaction in accordance with the GTC, the following fixed percentage on the transaction volume shall be charged to the contracting party: | 1.35 % | |
| Invoicing transaction |
For each transaction processed as a TWINT invoice via the TWINT payment system in accordance with the GTC, the following fixed transaction price applies to the contractual partner: | CHF 0.36 | |
| Surcharge for form fields | Should the form field’s function (required when using a payment link and the QR code for postal delivery) be used, the following fixed surcharge shall apply for each processed transaction: | CHF 0.30 |
Surcharge for specific MCC categories
For the stores of contracting partners that operate in the sectors listed below (Merchant Category Code, MCC), the following percentages of the transaction volumes in point-of-sale and disctance transactions processed via the TWINT payment system shall be charged as surcharges:

| Casinos, Lotteries, Gambling (Only if governmental recognized) | 7995 | 0.10% |
| Quasi Cash Merchant | 6051 | 0.10% |
Other fees
| Processing chargebacks | TWINT reserves the right to charge the contracting party the following amount for the processing of each chargeback: | CHF 30 |
| Compensation for additional work | If TWINT has to carry out additional work that has been caused by the contracting party, it may charge an appropriate rate of compensation no greater than: | CHF 100 per hour |
