I would like to offer my customers the option of paying my invoices via TWINT. What conditions do I need to meet, and how do I set this up? 

In principle, all QR invoices featuring a Swiss QR code and a QR or SCOR reference number can be paid via TWINT. SCOR stands for Structured Creditor Reference.
