How do I activate pre-authorised transactions?
If every transaction in a store has to be authorised, the option can be activated at a store level.
If you would like to determine whether every transaction is to be pre-authorised or not, you can activate the option at a transaction level.
Please note that only certain merchant category codes (MCC) are permitted for pre-authorised transactions. You also need to justify why you would like to use the pre-authorisation function and we will subsequently verify this reasoning.
