Customers benefit from a very simple and fast way to pay their bills. As the billing party, you have the additional option to have an individual website displayed during the payment process, with invoice details and more information, such as cross- and up-selling measures.

How does the collecting of payments work with the Swiss QR code and TWINT?

Customers scan the Swiss QR code with TWINT integration.

Customers can optionally be forwarded to your website. This offers interesting opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

The bill amount is displayed in the TWINT app and approved by the customer.

The billing party receives immediate notification of the payment, together with all the bill data needed to process the payment.

The money is paid into the billing party’s bank account within one to two days.

Additional marketing measures

Cross-selling and up-selling

With the TWINT payment process, you can show your customers a website with bill information or other marketing measures, such as cross-selling or up-selling options.

It is thus possible, for example, to offer additional options during the purchasing process on a website such as a roaming option or an upgrade to another electricity product. Another example would be the ability to choose from different amounts when donating to charities.

Coupons and stamp cards

With TWINT’s mobile marketing options such as coupons and stamp cards, you can create additional incentives for buying your products.

For example, you can give your customers a set percentage discount on your product range or cashback. You can also offer stamp cards with which customers can receive cashback or be entered into a competition upon collecting a set number of stamps.
