Team Release Management

Lachende Menschen in einem Meeting

Who are you?

We are a team of six release managers who make sure that every new version of TWINT is rolled out in good quality and a coordinated manner.
We coordinate the work of our developer teams, testing and operations, plan the system configurations and releases, and ensure that all of the requisite approvals are carried out.

What is the most exciting thing about your work?

We maintain regular contact with almost every department within TWINT as well as with our bank partners and other stakeholders so that we can further develop TWINT together.
This exchange is very interesting and varied, but it can also be extremely challenging sometimes.

How would you describe your collaboration with TWINT?

Within the team:
We are a team of motivated go-getters that like to move away from the status quo, implement visions and make a big impact together.
With other teams:
We work together with a large number of departments and know that everyone at TWINT is pulling in the same direction.
As part of the entire TWINT family:
We are motivated and do our utmost to make our customers’ everyday lives easier. There is a sense of togetherness.

How is the working atmosphere at TWINT different to that of other companies?

At TWINT, every person can really make a difference and information can be communicated very openly and transparently.
The pace here is extremely fast and can sometimes be genuinely challenging, which is why it is great to see that ideas and changes can also be realised very quickly.

What motivates you to work with TWINT ?

Here at TWINT, we are part of something bigger that is really moving Switzerland forwards and affects almost every person living in the country. We help to make the everyday lives of our customers – a group to which we also belong – increasingly easier.

It does not matter who you bank with: TWINT is available to everybody. Ideally, you should select the TWINT app of a bank with which you have an account. This will allow you to link the app to your bank account.
