If you have any questions or problems with an order in which you have used the details saved in your TWINT ID profile, please contact the merchant directly. This applies, for example, to questions about an order status, the contact details sent to the merchant, the shipping address or the item ordered.
Questions on payment
If you have any questions or problems in connection with the payment itself, please contact the Customer Service team of your TWINT app. This also applies to situations in which you have problems finding or opening your TWINT ID profile.
