What is the “Spin & Win” partner function in TWINT and how do I use it?
In the TWINT app, you can make use of the free “Spin & Win” partner function on a weekly basis to enter an interactive competition and win prizes.
How do I access the function
- Go to the “Partner functions” section in your TWINT app and select the option “Spin & Win”. The 4 most frequently used additional functions are displayed here. You can view a complete overview of these functions by tapping “Show all”.
- You will now be forwarded directly to the TWINT “Spin & Win” online portal.
Information on the prizes and the function
- The current campaign is displayed at the top of the “Spin & Win” function homepage. Tap this area to find out more about the prizes and the campaign period.
- In the “Spin & Win” function menu, you will find further details about the competition, such as the conditions of participation and how the wheel of fortune works.
Spinning the “Spin & Win” wheel of fortune
- To spin the wheel of fortune, simply tap the “Spin” button next to the wheel of fortune on the “Spin & Win” function homepage.
- The wheel of fortune spins and stops randomly.
- You will see whether you have won, and if so what prize you have won, immediately after the wheel of fortune stops spinning.
Redeeming prizes
- If you have won, follow the instructions to redeem your prize. Please note that we will need your address in order to send you physical prizes. In this instance, an address form will be provided after winning the prize. You will also be provided the option to save your details for future prizes. To do this, simply tick the relevant box.
- Please also note that all of the prizes can only be redeemed during a limited time period. Information regarding the redemption period will be provided to you in the notification that you have won a prize.
Viewing my prizes
- You can view your prizes and the prize details at any time by opening the menu and selecting “My prizes”.
Please note that this additional function may not be available in every TWINT app. Should you not be able to find the function in your respective app, please contact the Customer Service team for your TWINT app.
